I’m Brandon Xuereb and I’m a Wedding Photographer and Photography Teacher in New Orleans. I’m originally from New York City, but I moved to New Orleans to rebuild after Hurricane Katrina. It’s safe to say I fell in love with New Orleans and never left. I continue to give back to the community and use my gift for good by teaching photography to kids with cancer for a non-profit called, Pablove. I am currently training for a 450 mile bike ride in Bend, Oregon to raise money for Pablove and I am close to my $10,000 goal. For every couple that books with me, $100 is donated to help underfunded, cutting-edge pediatric cancer research.
I love mornings! I wake up everyday at 6:30am, make coffee, walk the dogs, and start my work for the day. My mom, Francesca is my biggest inspiration. My mom moved from Malta (one of the smallest countries in Europe) to New York City when she was nineteen and barely knew English. She came to America for better opportunity and taught me the importance of taking risks to make your dreams come true. She also taught me to be kind to others and that I have the ability to make a difference in people’s lives. Although my mom is not a photographer, she’s a people person and taught me the importance of helping others.
“Not only are Brandon's skills as a photographer out of this world, he is also one of the most sincere, caring human beings I've had the pleasure of working with.”
There wasn't ANY MOMENT Brandon missed during the entire weekend, seriously not a SINGLE MOMENT! And now we will FOREVER have the most INCREDIBLE photos as memories.”
“Brandon hands down was the MVP of our wedding and if there is any advice I would give after this experience is YOU WANT HIM!!!”
“He is incredibly kind and radiates a passion for his work. You can’t help but be confident in his every direction. He made our wedding day an incredible experience.”
